Bark Park is open to the public every day for two hours in the morning (7 am to 9 am) and two hours in the afternoon (4 pm to 6 pm).

The only exceptions are  on the following holidays:

New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
