Tours

Prior to making your pet's boarding reservations or grooming appointments, we suggest that you tour our facility. We welcome  and encourage  tours between 11am and 4 pm, Monday through Saturday. This is a perfect time to meet our staff and ask any questions you  may  have  about  boarding and our additional services . While you're there, if you decide to make your reservation, ask for a Client Record form to bring home with you. You can complete the form at home with information about your pet's veterinarian and individuals for us to contact should we need to do so if we're not able to reach you  while you're away. Or you can get a PDF version of the form from the link below:

Reservations

Boarding reservations and bathing appointments are necessary and can be made in person or by phone.  We  book up quickly around holidays and popular vacation times - so make your reservations and appointments early!

If you are making reservations for more than one dog or cat, let us know if you would like them to share one enclosure or be located next to one another.

Check with your Vet

Also, ask your veterinarian about the status of your pet's vaccinations. We'll need to see documentation from your veterinarian indicating administration and expiration dates for your dog's Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella.  For cats, please provide proof of Rabies and FVRCP.   Consult your veterinarian regarding any health problems your pet may have which may require attention while boarding and let us know of these conditions and the treatment(s) they require when you make your reservation.

REMEMBER TO HAVE YOUR PET'S VACCINATIONS ADMINISTERED WELL IN ADVANCE OF THEIR BOARDING DATE. AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IS GENERALLY NEEDED TO DEVELOP OPTIMAL IMMUNITY FOLLOWING VACCINATION.

Flea Control

Although the dog and cat housing areas and runs provide an inhospitable habitat for fleas, we require that you have your dog or cat under an effective flea control program prior to boarding to make sure their stay is comfortable in that respect and that there is less chance of spread of fleas among our guests.  If we encounter fleas on or from your pet(s), we may, at our discretion, apply a flea control product as we deem necessary and add the cost to your charges.
