We provide your pet with attentive care and safety in a clean, fresh environment.

Bath, Flea Treatment, and Nail Clip

A bath, flea treatment and nail clip is highly recommended on the final day of a boarding stay. A bath includes an ear cleaning and a superficial brush-out. This will ensure a clean and fresh reunion upon your return. Pets scheduled for baths on the final day of boarding will be ready for check-out after 2:00 pm.

Spring Creek Kennel & Cattery will also provide these services for non-boarding pets as well.

Pets in by 10:00 am will be ready by 4:00 pm.

Pick Up and Delivery of your pets.

Our "door-to-door" service can be convenient. Let us take care of the transportation for you. Please phone at least a day ahead for appointments. Airport pickup and delivery requires prepayment.

Special Time - Swimming, Walking, and More

We offer supervised recreation in a completely secure area. "Special Time" is at least 15 minutes of swimming, walking, fetch, catch, ear and / or tummy scratching, sniffing around time, frisbee play or anything else your pet deserves. Our recreation area features a large swimming pool which is heartily enjoyed by the water lovers.

Because each pet is unique, you'll need to let us know at time of check in what your pet would enjoy. Some pets enjoy the dynamics of group play and others prefer individual attention.

Our staff, along with your help, places your pet in the most ideal situation. We consider your pet's temperament, your concerns, and the temperament of the other pets to determine whether individual or group play is better, and which group best suits your pet. For example, many of the retrievers, and other dogs that love to swim are grouped together by their size and love of the water. The compatible little dogs form another group. If your dog is aggressive towards other dogs or people, please let us know. This information is very helpful to us.

There is a fee of $5 for this service and "Special Time" can he scheduled for any frequency you desire (daily, every other day, twice a day, etc.).

Menu & Special Diets

Our menu includes high quality dry, adult pet food. Special diets are welcomed as long as you provide the desired food. Any non-kibbled food must be provided in single-serving packaging. Serving of special diets, up to twice per day, is a complimentary service.

Meals are served twice a day unless other written instructions are given to us at the time of check-in.

Medication Administration

If your pet has any medical problems, be sure to advise us when you check in. We will administer medicine to boarding pets per your veterinarian's instructions. There is a nominal fee of $1 each time medications are dispensed (up to three medications).
