What to pack for your pet

Written proof of vaccinations, recent medical history, veterinarian's name and phone number.

If boarding for the first time, you can save yourself some time by bringing in a completed Client Record Form available at the kennel office after you tour the facility or here at the link below:

Written behavior history, i.e.: "biter," "afraid of loud noises," etc.

Any special written instructions that you want us to follow.

Written instructions for medicine (if any).

Leash/carrier - for your pet's and others' safety, we ask that you leash your dog and bring cats in a carrier.  We keep the leashes and carriers here until you return.

Emergency telephone number and contact person in case we cannot reach you.

Written instructions for special diet foods (if any).

Favorite toy or an article of clothing with your scent on it to make your pet feel "close to you."

We prefer to use our own bedding, water pails, dishes and litter pans - so only pack these items if you expect your pet to be finicky.

If you do bring your pet's own bedding, it should be small enough to be laundered.
