Because reservations and appointments are made in advance, check-in is quick and easy! Boarding pets may check-in anytime between 9:00 am and 5:45 pm Monday through Saturday.
You will need to verify the information on our sign-in sheet regarding the services your pet will need and your proposed check-out date.
First- time guests should allow extra time to complete our registration form.However, this can be done in advance by printing or downloading a copy here and completing it before your arrival date:
First- time guests and those staying over two weeks are asked to prepay at the time of check-in.
Medical - Important Instructions
If your pet has any medical problems or requires any specific feeding instructions, be sure to advise us when you check-in. We will administer medicine per your veterinarian's instructions. There is a nominal fee of $1.00 per dose.
