At Spring Creek Kennel and Cattery we offer boarding for your pets in a loving, clean and safe environment. Dogs are treated to an indoor climate controlled boarding enclosure with all day access to their own private outdoor run. Double units are available for families.

Dogs may also enjoy our private indoor luxury suites. Luxury suites include a raised orthopedic cot with bedding and TV with programing designed to reduce anxiety and enrich your pets stay. Dogs staying in the luxury suites are treated to a complimentary daily playtime and potty breaks throughout the day.

Cats get to enjoy an enclosure in our air conditioned cattery. As an optional upgrade we offer a limited number of cat enclosures that face outside windows so your cat can enjoy the outdoor views.

We offer Playtimes in a completely secure play yard. Playtimes can include swimming, playing fetch, tummy scratching, and group playtime if your dog is socialized and would like to play with other compatible dogs. We require that dogs have at least one playtime per day unless there is a medical or other reason that would prevent them from benefiting from a playtime. Cats that go on playtime are treated to our private cat playroom with climbing obstacles, cat tower and more.

Pets with boarding reservations are free to check in or check out anytime during normal business hours. However, we ask that you try to come at least 30 minutes prior to closing in order to get your pet settled in before we leave for the night. Pets scheduled for classic baths on the final day of boarding will be ready to check-out after 10AM.

Reservations

Boarding reservation requests can be made in person, online or by phone. If you are making a reservation for more than one pet, let us know if you would like them to share an enclosure or be located next to each other.

Vaccinations

Before boarding your dog we will need proof of Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations on file. Before boarding your cat, we will need proof of Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. All vaccines must be administered by a veterinarian.

Menu & Special Diets

We recommend you bring your pet’s normal food for their stay. Otherwise, we provide high-quality dry pet food. There is a $4 per day charge for food provided by us. Meals are served three times daily.

Classic Bath

Outdoor Bath with Clean Green Shampoo and Air Dry. Dogs can be picked up anytime after 10Am. Prices based on size and coat $27 – $37.

Check Out

Payment is due at the time of check out. Pets staying for 10 days or more are asked to pay a deposit at check-in. Check out is during regular business hours except for suites. Pets scheduled for classic baths on the check out date will be ready for pick up after 10Am.

Daysit

Daysits are available for pets that are not spending the night with us. A Daysit includes up to two 20-minute playtimes. The number of play times your pet receives is based on when they are dropped off and picked up. Playtimes consist of supervised recreation in a completely secure area. Playtime can include swimming, playing fetch, tummy scratching, and group playtime if your pet is socialized and would like to play with other compatible pets. If your pet prefers, we also offer one on one playtimes with a staff member at no additional charge.

Daysits also include up to three feedings to maintain your pet’s regular eating schedule. As with boarding, we recommend that you bring your pets regular food if you would like them to be fed during their daysit.

Holiday Policy

Holiday Rates:

Holiday rates for small dogs are $45/night (under 50 pounds), large dogs are $49/night (over 50 pounds). Holiday rates apply to all nights that fall on the following dates:

For example, a small dog staying between November 23 – 26 would be charged the regular boarding rate of $35/night for the nights of the 23rdand 24th. For the nights of the 25th and 26th the holiday rate of $45/night would apply.

Holiday Hours:

We are here every day of the year to care for your pets, however, we are closed to the public on the below major holidays. New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.

Daycare:

Daycare is unavailable during holiday time frames. Please inquire with our staff for additional details.
